We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your article must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds for items sold at the normal price, items on sale cannot be returned.
If the item in question is marked as a gift at time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Must be sent to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
